We live in a stressful world with so many commitments constantly pulling at our energy. Whether it be work, family, friends or health, we are constantly under pressure to keep up and keep going. It can be overwhelming, with our body and mind becoming so stressed that we struggle to let go, relax and heal.
The world just seems to be getting faster and more demanding as life goes by. Pressures are mounting and we have to ask ourselves; are we really making the time to relax and rejuvenate for our health and well being?
Stress throws the body’s systems out of balance, affecting our thoughts, behaviours and health. Over time, stress diminishes our vitality and reduces our ability to enjoy life.
Thankfully Kundalini Yoga offers plenty of tools for managing stress, creating rejuvenation and relaxation. It helps us to keep up and deal with stress in a whole new light, from a balanced, clear perspective.
Join Melissa as she takes you through Kundalini Yoga, meditations and the Gong, to relax, renew and rejuvenate your whole being. Experience the powerful healing sound of the Gong, washing its waves of healing to rejuvenate and relax your body, mind and soul. The universe is powered by sound and the Gong is the basic creative sound.
We will then relax and share our experiences together with a cup of yogi tea.

Bring: Yoga mat, cushion, blanket, water
Wear: Preferred white clothing if possible, please consider wearing a natural fibred head covering.
