Clear your past, balance your mind, emotions and awaken your intuition with the sound of the gong.
The gong is a powerful tool for meditation, healing and transformation. Its sound creates deep relaxation, clears the mind and stimulates the glandular system to a higher level of functioning. It is a therapeutic instrument for self discovery, healing and purpose.
The sound of the gong is the primal sound of creation, creating vibrations of space for healing. Within this sound every cell and fibre of your body is penetrated and healed. This beautiful healing instrument facilitates the movement of prana (life force) throughout the body and meridians, awakening your consciousness for transformation.
As the gong is played, blockages are removed from the nadis, meridians and chakras, creating an increase in energy in the body for healing. This increased movement of prana awakens, balances and strengthens our entire energetic system. As the gong is played the chakras begin to open and resonate with their natural flow and rhythm, drawing in more energy and vitality.

Preparing to listen to the Gong
The gong is a powerful healing tool and it is important to allow yourself to completely surrender to its sound. As you listen to the gong its sound will penetrate every cell and fibre of your body. At times it may seem overwhelming as emotions and thoughts are being released from your subconscious. You may feel resistance as your energy is being shifted and healed. This is very normal. The best thing that you can do is to breathe deeply, relax and let go. Knowing that everything is perfect in that very moment. Surrender the mind and body and the sound will carry you beyond any fears or resistance. Allow yourself to feel the ride of the sound into the Infinite self.
You may also experience yourself falling asleep during the gong. This is perfectly normal as you enter a deeper relaxed state.
Before any gong session we also recommend to practice some form of pranayam (controlled breathing technique) and meditation. If you are listening to the gong for more than 11 minutes, please ensure you do not drink any water for half an hour after the session.
“The gong is the first and last instrument of the human mind. There is only one thing that can supersede and command the human mind – the sound of the gong. It is the first sound of the universe, It is the basic creative sound.” Yogi Bhajan, master of Kundalini Yoga.
